A very central location (metros Parque, Saldanha and Picaos all walking distance, as well as Picaos bus stop), a useful kitchen and ensuite bathroom as well as a rotary fan made this hostel room perfect for me. A great cafe (Hygge Kafe) next door and a cafeteria on the other side, along with an ALDI around the corner and UCI cinema (El Corte Ingles) a ten minute walk away made it very handy for me and the multiple public transport options made it really easy to get around the city. A clever fob security system on the doors kept the rooms very safe.

The delight hostel was absolutely amazing. I really want to give a shout out to the wonderful staff who helped me. My flight was at 10pm, but my checkout was at 12. They let me store my luggage until my flight in the afternoon free of charge and we're kind enough to let me use the shower despite being checked out, which turned out to be a saving grace as ..... I ended up having heat stroke! After a long afternoon in the ER (and missing my flight home) I was able to re book with the delight hostel for an extra night and given the exact same room and bed I had been staying in. The staff were also super accommodating and helpful which was great as I was a bit delirious from the heat stroke. Overall I just want to say thank you to the delight hostel for turning a pretty terrible experience while overseas into a comfortable and manageable situation.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The receptionist also was warm and helpful! Had 24/7 hot water which was great. The hostel has a superb cafe, HYGGE just downstairs perfect for brunches and coffee. It’s also just 5-7 mins away on foot from Parque metro station so great connectivity!

The overall hostel was amazing the staff were so nice. The rooms were very comfy and felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The hostel is kept to a very clean standard, includes a kitchen where you can cook and chill. The location is super nice heaps of nice restraints arround and super markets. I would defently recommend to stay here 100000/10 and way worth the money

The hostel is close to most things if you like to walk, and there’s a lot of choices regarding public transport. The room is small but it has everything you might need, even air conditioning!

Convenient location - metro stations 5 mins walkable distance, grocery shop nearby. There is a nice small terrace for breakfast. Feedback provided for the family room in particular with a big window wall.

Cleaned well daily. plenty of helpful staff till late hours (1 am). It’s newly renovated and there are a good number of bathrooms. 4 min walk to the train station. good location to stay outside of Chiado. I also thought it was good value at the time I stayed there.

A good place to stay for couple days - great location, comfortable bed and room, thete are a lot of shops and restaurants close to the hotel.

The Delight Hostel is well-located. Close to the hostel is the Metro Station to the city center and all the sights. Nearby there are also some cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and a park. The stuff was always friendly and helpful. I stayed more than one week at this place.

Very close to public transports. Also to supermarkets. Eduardo park is very close. Tara (I hope I wrote it right), one of the staff, was very helpful.
